I will be selecting 3 people alongside me to judge the top 5 images and the one out of 5 that gets the most votes will be brought to life in one of my renders.

2: you must be original nothing related to games that are "known"
3: you must and i absolutely enforce this you must have fun while doing this.

I actually asked a while back during work on my last pic (on the eye technique thingy), but due to some bizarre glitch in dA's buggy-ass messaging system, that, along with some of my other comments to elsewhere mysteriously disappeared before they got anywhere. (Of course, like an idiot I began to think everyone decided to ignore me for no apparent reason.
I managed to produce an improved eye effect anyway using gimp, but I'm still curious as to what PSP can do... except I know more about programming than I do about it (and that's not much XD)
